On the move: Students on their way to life after MaySecond-year MPA Eric Chambers accepted a position with the Missouri Department of Higher Education. Chambers will analyze fiscal data and respond to budget inquiries concerning Missouri’s public two-year higher education institutions. For all your organization’s team-building needs, see second year MPA Bryan Goers. He just accepted a full time position managing Venture Out, an outdoor experience education program which offers teambuilding experiences on low and high ropes courses. In addition to continuing as a second-year MPA student, since August Craig Stevenson, has served as a coordinator in the University of Missouri System Office of Government Relations. Stevenson organizes events with legislators, monitors and reports on state and federal legislation, and coordinates visits between UM faculty and staff and members of Congress. After completing her MPA in May, second-year student Megan Schoor will pursue the doctorate at the Truman School of Public Affairs with an emphasis in organization management. Do you have a professional announcement you’d like to share? Students, faculty, staff and alumni can e-mail short announcements to the Truman School Communications Team at mutspacomm@missouri.edu.
