The Truman School faculty is made up of accomplished scholars and committed teachers as demonstrated by numerous awards for research and teaching excellence. Five members of the Truman School faculty have won university-wide awards for excellence in teaching and advising. Other faculty members have received recognition for their research and scholarship. Faculty members serve as journal editors, members of editorial boards, and leaders of professional associations. Faculty and policy professionals conduct basic and applied research, carryout policy analysis and program evaluation for a variety of clients, hold policy forums, and provide leadership training programs for public officials. An outstanding staff provides excellent service to faculty, students, and stakeholders.
