Investing and Cash Management
Dear Fund Managers,
As State Treasurer, I am delighted to join with the University of Missouri for the 10th Annual State Treasurer's Investing and Cash Management Conference. As public officials and professional fund managers, we face the dual challenge of managing significant amounts of public funds on behalf of our fellow citizens. To succeed, we must meet these demands in a challenging investment environment affected by changes ranging from our communities to countries far away. This seminar will serve as a great learning opportunity and as a forum for the exchange of ideas between all of us as we work together to ensure our citizens receive the best and safest management of the funds they entrusted to us.
