Voter ID study cited by Wall Street Journal
Posted: 1/8/2008Prof. Jeffrey Milyo’s study of Indiana’s Voter ID law found no evidence that counties with more poor, elderly or minority voters had "any reduction in voter turnout relative to other counties."
