The MPA program prepares graduates to enter or advance in public service careers and become leaders for positive change. There are three options for getting an MPA from Mizzou:
Graduates are well prepared for careers in university teaching and research as well as for careers in applied research settings. Small classes, close relationships with faculty mentors and opportunities to participate in ongoing research make for a rich academic experience.
Our 12-credit-hour graduate certificates allow students to gain knowledge in one of seven areas of interest:
- Global Public Affairs**
- Nonprofit Management
- Organizational Consulting & Change**
- Public Management
- Public Policy
- Community Processes
