Zach Buckler is a research analyst at the Institute of Public Policy at the University of Missouri. Zach received his Master of Public Affairs degree from the University of Missouri, Harry S Truman School of Public Affairs. Since joining the Institute, Zach has worked on various program evaluations for the Missouri Department of Corrections, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, strategic planning for Mid-Missouri Legal Services and university impact and engagement efforts for University of Missouri -Extension. Zach has also worked on community resilience work through a grant from the National Science Foundation and developed training to aid regional planners in building their capacity for understanding community resilience.
Zach is a native of Mid-Missouri and prior to joining IPP, worked in Jefferson City as a legislative aide in the Missouri House of Representatives. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and biking the Katy Trail.
