The MHA/MPA degree program is a joint effort between the Truman School of Public Affairs and the Department of Health Management and Informatics. This dual degree covers administrative and policy issues for public, nonprofit and private healthcare settings.
This dual degree also prepares students for administrative and policy-making positions in government and nonprofit health organizations, as well as advocacy organizations. While gaining the management skillset from the MHA curriculum, students have the opportunity to develop a policy-making and program evaluation skillset from the MPA curriculum.
