The Institute of Public Policy provides hands-on experience with research, program design, evaluation, data analysis and management to Graduate Research Assistants. Graduate Research Assistants acquire essential theoretical, analytical and applied skills from successful completion of designated coursework. The graduate assistantships provide opportunities to apply these skills, under direct supervision of Institute staff. These placements also facilitate professional and interpersonal experiences along with networking and learning opportunities. Graduate Research Assistants provide the Institute with additional capacity for the completion of research, grants and contracts. IPP would like to congratulate the 2017 MPA graduates as they transition into new phases of their lives. Their exceptional work and dedication to public service earned them each an IPP Recognition Award.
