IPP Releases New Issue Briefs

The Institute of Public Policy is pleased to release two new issue briefs authored by IPP student researchers on topics important to state and local residents.

In Columbia, Missouri's Recycling Program: Existing Challenges Amplified by COVID-19, MPA candidate, Chastity Haxton, looks at the issues stemming from staffing shortages and the COVID-19 shutdown that impacted refuse and recyclable collections.

In Trauma-informed Schools Program: Detecting and Mitigating ACEs in Missouri, BPH candidate, Jessical Overschmidt, looks at strategies to mitigate the negative outcomes of adverse childhood experiences.
