Intae Choi holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and a master's degree in Public Administration-all from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. His research interests are broadly in public administration and public policy. Intae Choi is the recipient of the G. Ellsworth Huggins Fellowship.
