Syrus Duffy
Syrus Duffy is a Research Specialist II at the Institute of Public Policy, with research capacities in survey design and administration, data analysis, strategic communications, and program evaluation. He received his Master of Public Affairs from the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs at the University of Missouri. His interests are in health and environmental policy. Currently, he serves as the Evaluation Coordinator for the long-standing Missouri Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program evaluation team. He also supports the Foundational Public Health Services Gap Analysis project by providing technical assistance, training, and strategic communication to Missouri's Local Public Health Agencies (LPHAs) to effectively aid in the collection and analysis of fiscal and capacity data.
