“There is a continuing demand for skilled and knowledgeable public sector-oriented generalists to administer and manage the peoples’ business. The Truman School of Public Affairs encourages the professional development of tomorrow’s public managers. The faculty recognize that public service is a noble calling that requires particular skills and value orientations, and takes seriously its responsibility in this regard.”
