The mission of the Youth Community Coalition (YC2) in Columbia, Missouri is “to help youth develop into productive and self-sufficient citizens by working together to decrease substance abuse and promote healthy behaviors.”   The Coalition brings together more than 50 agencies within the local community that are engaged in services that address youth health and risky behaviors, as well as those that conduct programming and activities for youth.  In 2015, the Coalition decided to assist in the development of community-level coalitions in 5 small Boone County communities (

Since its founding in 2015, the goal of Partners in Governance has been to explore important current events in the context of American Federalism and to address the challenges facing all levels of government in today’s political, social, and technological environment.

The Partners bring a wide array of expertise to this discussion and include: the Missouri Municipal League, the Institute of Public Policy at the University of Missouri, the Missouri Association of Counties, the Missouri School Boards' Association and FOCUS-St. Louis.

The Community Reentry Funding Initiative seeks to reduce reoffense and violations among probationers and parolees under Missouri Department of Corrections supervision. The Initiative helps program participants by connecting them to vital local services across the state. Services provided through the Community Reentry Initiative include transportation, housing, basic essentials, employment, mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, academic, vocational education, and family assistance.

IPP contracted with Epworth Children and Youth Services to conduct an evaluation of an adapted version of the Teen Outreach Program (TOP), and evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention program.
